The Junior League of Wheeling is committed to developing the potential of women in our community. Personal and professional development is an important aspect of the Junior League's mission, and Wheeling members are selected annually to serve as delegates at various conferences hosted by the Association of Junior Leagues International. These national trainings provide incoming leaders with the skills they need to succeed within the League and in the workplace.
